We welcome you to our website and introduce you to our company. Roseline was established in the early nineties and our portfolio includes iconic landmarks such as dealing with satellite equipment and taking the agency for Hyundai cars to Armenia. We slowly branched out our business to other GCC countries and become one of the leading players in the satellite market and telecommunications. We launched one of the biggest projects in the UAE in Ajman, China Mall which brought more than 2000 Chinese vendors under one roof retailing and wholesaling Chinese products making this project a complete success and it is the biggest till date in Ajman. In 2013 keeping in mind on the future, we ventured into the field of green energy and started dealing in LED lights from China and Energy storage systems from Germany and spreading these products to other GCC countries.

Even with all these steps towards strict adherence to corporate governance principles, we will continue to review our policies and processes including our Governance Manual to address the dynamic changes in the industry, government legislation, administrative regulations and international best practices.

Delivering on our promises to customers, stakeholders, employees and investors remains our priority going forwards, and key to the continued success of Roseline as a leader in Dubai’s growing renewable energy industry.
